Mail the Block is a service of Pinpoint Digital, LLC, a Connecticut-based digital marketing and web development agency that’s been helping small businesses grow since 2007.
Pinpoint Digital was founded by John Giaccotto, a seasoned web developer and marketer with a strong technical background. John earned his B.S. in Computer Science and later completed his MBA, combining both technical and business expertise. He’s been working in web development and marketing since 1996, with experience in design, programming, strategy, and customer acquisition.
Before launching Pinpoint Digital, John worked at Adeptra, a pioneer in automated customer communication, which was later acquired by FICO.
Today, John lives in Southington, Connecticut with his wife and three young children—and is passionate about helping local service businesses grow with smart, affordable marketing.
